Our Process
1. Looking to sell?
You receive a donation of Gold, Silver, Platinum, or Palladium coins, bullion, rare coins, or paper currency
2. Contact Us
Reach out to us at Atlanta Gold & Coin and schedule a time for us to pick up the collection or to arrange drop off at our Johns Creek office
3. Pickup
We will endeavor to pick up the collection within a matter of hours, but no later than 24 hours
4. Quote
Within 24-48 hours, we will email you with an itemized inventory list and price quote for the items provided
5. Payment
Should you agree to our offer, we will issue payment within 24 hours (Monday-Friday)
Ideally, the whole process (depending on your and our availability and distance) takes less than 72 hours from you reaching out to us

Do we have to bring the coins to you?
Depending on your location and availability, we are happy to come to you for an appraisal and purchase OR we can pick-up the coins and appraise them at our Johns Creek location.
– If shipping your coins, we can provide via email a prepaid and insured mailing label. This leaves only the packaging and dropping off of your items up to you.
What fees do you charge for this service?
We do not charge non-profits for this service. We appraise all coins and precious metals based on the market rate and demand for the items.
Do you have a physical location?
Yes – We are located in an executive office space where we conduct our evaluations and transactions
How do we receive payment?
We are happy to provide an itemized receipt and pay in cash, a company check, e-check, or ACH. You’re welcome to pick up payment at our office, we can mail your check, or depending on your location, possibly drop off your payment in person.
