Services
Atlanta Gold & Coin provides buying and selling services for gold, silver, platinum, and palladium coins and bullion.
Appointments
All transactions are conducted by appointment only. Pricing is based on live market conditions and may change without notice.
Pricing & Offers
All quotes are subject to confirmation at the time of transaction. Verbal or written estimates are not binding until finalized.
Order Acceptance & Cancellation
All orders are subject to review, verification, and final acceptance by Atlanta Gold & Coin. Automated order confirmations, processing notices, inventory holds, and payment instructions acknowledge receipt of an order but do not constitute final acceptance.
Atlanta Gold & Coin reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to decline, limit, reject, or cancel any order, in whole or in part, at any time and for any reason, including after an order has been acknowledged or payment has been submitted. Reasons may include, without limitation, inventory or listing errors, pricing errors, suspected fraud, payment issues, legal or compliance concerns, or market disruptions.
If we cancel an order after receiving payment, we will return the amount actually received for the canceled portion using the original payment method or another mutually agreed method. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Atlanta Gold & Coin is not responsible for changes in market value, replacement costs, lost opportunities, or other indirect or consequential losses arising from a canceled order.
Payments
All transactions are final once completed. Payment methods vary depending on whether you are selling to us or purchasing from us.

Purchase Holds Policy
When purchasing precious metals from Atlanta Gold & Coin, the following holds apply before items are released:
– ACH: 1 business day hold
– Cashier’s & Personal Checks: Hold until 2 business days after check clears
– Credit / Debit Cards: 3 business day hold on transactions over $3,000
No Returns
All sales are final. We may offer to repurchase items at our current buy rate.
Limitation of Liability
Atlanta Gold & Coin is not liable for market fluctuations, pricing changes, or delays outside of our control.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia.
