What to Do if We’re Out of Stock of Your Desired Coins & Bullion

Current demand for gold and silver coins and bullion is near an all-time high, which had made it difficult to fill orders.  You may have noticed that our inventory is at some of its lowest levels ever, but that doesn’t necessarily mean that we’re not able to assist you with your coin and bullion buying needs.  In fact, we have been busy placing multiple orders for customers.  Rather than meeting demand through our current inventory, we’ve been ordering product from our suppliers.  What does this mean for you?  It simply means that you may need to wait up to a week for your desired product.  However, on a positive note, you’re able to lock in a price at the time of your transaction, so you’re not subject to the daily whims of the commodities futures market.  Please read further to see how we can help you to meet your coin and bullion buying needs.

The process for purchasing coins and bullion from Atlanta Gold & Coin Buyers is relatively simple.  We recommend that you first give us a call at 404-236-9744 or check our inventory page to see if the items that you desire are in stock.  In the event that we’re out of the coins or bullion that you’re interested in, you can sign up to be notified via e-mail when new inventory is in stock, which may take up to a few weeks depending on current demand for the items that you desire, or you can contact us to arrange for the placement of an order with our suppliers.

Since our suppliers only deal in bulk, we’re likely only able to fill individual orders that consist of at least 500 ounces of silver or 10 ounces of gold.  If you’re not interested in making this large of a purchase, you can always go in on a larger order with friends or family.  Because we’re putting our capital at risk by placing an order with our suppliers, we require a 10% deposit on these orders.  This ensures that we’re compensated in the event that a buyer reconsiders.  Our required deposit is among, if not the lowest in the industry, as most coin dealers require full payment in advance.  That’s certainly the case when you purchase from an online dealer.  In many cases, an online coin dealer doesn’t have the inventory in stock and purchases it with your funds from their suppliers once you place an order.

Depending on the item and the availability, it typically takes approximately a week to receive the inventory once an order is placed.  Once we receive your coins and bullion, we’ll contact you to arrange an appointment to pick up your items and pay the balance due.  While not quite as ideal as having the inventory in stock when you desire it, it’s the next best thing.  Furthermore, as Atlanta’s low price leader, we endeavor to always provide you with the lowest prices in metro Atlanta, and among the lowest in the nation, so you’ll know in advance what the price will be before we place an order on your behalf.

We’re hopeful that additional supply will come to market shortly, which will help us to bolster our inventory, but in the meantime, we’re offering our customers a viable low-cost alternative that many individuals have already taken advantage of.  In fact, we have placed orders with our suppliers in excess of $100,000 over the past couple of months.  You can be certain that your investment is secure, as we have a stellar reputation in the industry, including back-to-back Atlanta coin dealer of the year awards and an A+ rating with the Better Business Bureau.  We always deliver on time or before and at the price that we agreed to.

If you’re interested in placing an order or discussing our program in further detail, give us a call at 404-236-9744.  We look forward to doing business with you and meeting your needs through our current inventory or through our highly reputable and reliable suppliers.
